M2E developed an environmental monitoring and risk management system in the Estarreja industrial area of Bondalti. The project included 3 main components:

- Spatial-Temporal Data Analysis: M2E implemented a methodology framework to analyze 15 years of environmental data, using machine learning and geostatistical models to characterize the spatial and temporal patterns of main elements.
- Database Design and Implementation: M2E created a secure, scalable database using Python and MySQL to integrate, preprocess, and standardize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Environmental Risk Alert System (SARA): M2E developed SARA using PowerBI to create intuitive dashboards and real-time alert systems. This included anomalous values detection algorithms (machine learning), and configuring notification settings, enabling proactive monitoring and management of environmental risks.

This project significantly improved data management and environmental risk monitoring for Bondalti, providing reliable tools for ongoing environmental oversight.
